Refund Policy

Maid in London strives for complete customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
   •    Full refund if booking is cancelled 48+ hours in advance.
   •    Partial refund (50%) if cancelled 24–48 hours before the appointment.
   •    No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments.

2. Dissatisfaction with Service
   •    If you are unhappy with the service, notify us within 24 hours.
   •    We will arrange a free re-clean within 48 hours.
   •    Refunds are only considered if the re-clean does not resolve the issue.

3. Special Conditions
   •    Refunds are not available if:
   •    The property was excessively cluttered or hazardous beyond the agreed service.
   •    Cleaners were denied access to the property.
   •    The issue relates to pre-existing damage or items requiring specialist cleaning.

4. How Refunds Are Processed
   •    Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
   •    Please allow 5–10 working days for processing.
