Welcome to Maid in London. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
• We provide domestic, deep, Airbnb/event, start of tenancy, and end of tenancy cleaning services across London.
• Services are delivered according to the descriptions on our website and the specific requirements agreed with the customer.
2. Pricing & Payment
• Prices are based on property size and type of cleaning.
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• All prices are inclusive/exclusive of VAT (depending on company registration status).
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled clean are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24–48 hours may be subject to a 50% charge.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.
• Customers may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given 24+ hours in advance.
4. Customer Responsibilities
• The customer must ensure cleaners have access to the property at the agreed time.
• The customer must disclose any known hazards or access restrictions.
• Customers should provide vacuum cleaners if required, though our team brings cleaning sprays and products unless otherwise agreed.
5. Our Guarantee
• If you are not satisfied, we will arrange a re-clean within 48 hours at no extra cost.
• Refunds are considered only after a re-clean is offered.
6. Liability
• Maid in London is not insured for damages to customer property.
• While our cleaners take the utmost care, the customer acknowledges that Maid in London cannot be held responsible for accidental damage, wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions.
• Customers are encouraged to remove fragile or valuable items from areas being cleaned.
• Maid in London accepts no liability for any damage caused by the use of standard cleaning products on surfaces that require specialist treatment, unless disclosed in advance.
